I traveled to Washington DC this week for work. Wednesday evening on the way down I sat next to a mother traveling alone with her 18 month old daughter. It had been a long day and the child was fussy. I offered to hold and entertain the little girl while her Mom used the lavatory. It may have been the only break she got that day! It was a pleasure for me and I was honored that she trusted me. Just a little thing but she was very grateful.
